Engineered for absolute thermal efficiency, extended duty cycles, and exceptional durability.
Established in 2010 in the highly strategic industrial cluster of the Qingbaijiang District, Chengdu, Chengdu Suchen Environmental Protection Materials Co., Ltd. has grown to become a premium manufacturer and international supplier. We offer specialized solutions across three high-precision engineering domains: plasma cutting and welding consumables, laser cutting and welding parts, and high-voltage DC relays.
We operate on the foundational principle of green engineering. By sourcing raw materials with minimal footprint, maintaining advanced automated refining equipment, and enforcing strict quality checks, Suchen guarantees that all fluids, nozzles, and electrodes comply with rigorous international safety and environmental mandates.
How our advanced formulations preserve your machinery, prevent arc instability, and minimize down-time.
Maintains conductivity under 10 μS/cm to prevent high-voltage high-frequency pilot arc leakage. Eliminates catastrophic torch body internal arcing.
Inhibits oxidation and galvanic corrosion at interfaces where dissimilar metals like copper, brass, and silver meet in CNC torches.
Formulated with non-toxic, eco-friendly chemical agents to suppress bacteria and algae growth in coolant reservoirs and fluid conduits.
Demonstrating our global footprint, industrial capability, and reliability.
Modern high-power plasma cutting systems operate under extreme conditions, generating arc temperatures that frequently exceed 20,000°C to 30,000°C. To contain this thermal energy within a localized zone, fluid dynamics and rapid heat extraction are imperative. Without a highly refined coolant, the electrode and nozzle assembly would suffer structural failure within seconds. The coolant acts as a thermal barrier, extracting calories directly from the torch head to maintain the copper alloy's structural integrity.
However, using regular water or unverified glycol mixtures causes severe performance drop-offs. Water contains minerals that precipitate when exposed to high heat, leaving scaling deposits on the internal passages of the torch. These scaling layers drastically reduce thermal conductivity, leading to localized overheating. This overheating manifests as rapid erosion of the nozzle orifice, deviations in plasma arc concentricity, and increased dross formation on cut surfaces.
A key difference between basic heat transfer fluids and dedicated plasma coolants is dielectric strength. High-definition plasma systems rely on high-frequency, high-voltage AC/DC sparks (up to 10,000V) to initiate the pilot arc. If the cooling liquid has high electrical conductivity, the spark will bypass the electrode gap and arc through the coolant fluid, puncturing the internal walls of the torch body.
Our proprietary plasma coolant uses a deionized water matrix blended with pharmaceutical-grade propylene glycol. This formulation guarantees an initial electrical conductivity level below 10 microsiemens/cm (μS/cm). This high resistivity ensures that electrical energy is directed exclusively to the electrode's hafnium or tungsten insert, ensuring clean ignition and preserving torch components.
Operating in Chengdu's industrial development zone allows Suchen to leverage China's chemical raw material supply chains and advanced manufacturing networks.
By integrating advanced chemical synthesis, automatic blending systems, and tight quality control, we bypass the middleman markups typical of European and North American distributors. Global procurement departments can secure high-purity consumables and coolants at competitive prices, backed by rapid container loading and optimized shipping networks.
As environmental regulations grow stricter, global manufacturers face increasing pressure to eliminate hazardous chemical waste. Traditional formulations containing ethylene glycol pose safety and disposal challenges.
Chengdu Suchen leads the shift toward green, sustainable chemistry. Our formulations use biodegradable ingredients that reduce ecological impact without sacrificing thermal performance or freeze-protection properties. This aligns with corporate green manufacturing goals, ensuring easy disposal, safe workspace handling, and compliance with strict environmental regulations.
