It supports a maximum cutting current of 260A, which is ideal for industrial-grade cutting requirements on medium-thick plates, including low-carbon steel and stainless steel.
The electrode features an imported copper base for high conductivity and heat dissipation, along with hafnium (or zirconium) wire electrodes at the core for superior electron emission.
Due to the wear resistance of the hafnium (or zirconium) wire, the lifespan of these electrodes is increased by 3 to 5 times compared to pure copper alternatives.
Under optimized water-cooled structure designs and high-temperature-resistant materials, a single electrode's continuous working time can exceed 50 hours. This requires a pressure of 0.4 MPa or above.
You must replace the electrode immediately if the hafnium wire at the center is consumed by 2.5 to 3mm, or if you notice an abnormal arc sound response during operation.
